Lacrosse registration deadline is Nov. 1

The deadline to register for the spring 2010 boys and girls North Kitsap Lacrosse teams is Nov. 1. Players should register at Poulsbo Parks and Recreation, 19540 Front St., Poulsbo. Registration fee is $150 and includes team fees, officials fees, transportation and field use. Teams are open to players from within the North Kitsap School District boundaries. NK basketball hosting parent meeting

The North Kitsap High School boys basketball program will host an informational meeting for players interested in trying out for the team. Parents are encouraged to attend. The meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 10, in the high school’s main gym.

NK basketball tryouts begin Nov. 16

Tryouts for the North Kitsap High School boys and girls basketball teams begin Nov. 16. The boys’ tryouts will start at 3 p.m. and girls’ tryouts will begin at 5:15 p.m. Both tryouts will be at the school’s main gym.
