BASEBALL

North Kitsap 11, North Mason 2 (Friday)

The Vikings took sole control of the Olympic League Friday, with some help from district rival Kingston. North Kitsap slammed the Bulldogs and gained a half-game lead over second place Olympic, while Kingston routed Klahowya, putting the Eagles a full game behind the Vikings. Andy Smith got the win for the Vikings and went 3-for-3 with three runs and two RBI. North can clinch the division with a win over Bremerton Tuesday at home.

Kingston 11, Klahowya 1 (Friday)

The Bucs topped the Eagles in six innings Friday. Justin Tapp led Kingston, going 3-for-4 with two RBI and two runs. Danny Orr picked up the win.

North Kitsap 2, Bainbridge Island 2 (Saturday)

First half: 1, BI, David Zimmerman (Jimmy Baggett), 15. 2, NK, Marco Lopez, 32. Second half: 3, BI, Alec Valencia, 54. 4, NK, Matt Turley, 76.

Klahowya 12, Kingston 3 (Friday)

Kazandra Holliday got the win for the Eagles Friday at Kingston.

North Mason 7, North Kitsap 1 (Friday)

The undefeated Bulldogs beat the Vikings Friday. Emily Anderson picked up her 15th win of the season.
