Kingston’s Nick Boles awarded $500

SILVERDALE — Nick Boles, a long-time WestSound FC player, was awarded a $500 Nub Greer scholarship June 5.

Boles, a Kingston High School senior, was also recently voted as the Olympic League soccer MVP.

Boles, who plans to attend Chico State in California in the fall, was inducted into the National Honor Society in 2011, and is involved in Kingston’s Associated Student Body.

Boles was one of four to receive the scholarship. Central Kitsap High’s Jordan Kollars, Bainbridge High’s Leah Mulholland, and Olympic High’s Franz Plum also received $500 scholarships.
