Olson, Ary lift Gig Harbor past North Kitsap | Boys lacrosse

POULSBO — Cody Olson and Desmond Ary each delivered four goals as Gig Harbor rolled to its second win of the season, 13 – 7 over North Kitsap at North Kitsap High School, March 13.
Senior attack Ryan Perez led the scoring for North Kitsap, contributing 3 goals and 1 assist. Senior midfielder Nick Stevens contributed 1 goal and snagged 10 ground balls.
After scoring three unanswered goals in the first, Gig Harbor had its four second-quarter goals matched by North to take 7–4 lead into the intermission. In the third, the two traded two goals apiece before Gig Harbor netted three in the third to seal the win.
North Kitsap (0-1-0) is in the five-team Olympic Conference of the Washington High School Boys Lacrosse Association, Division II. North Kitsap travels to Mt. Si (1-0-0) of the Evergreen Conference March 17, 7:30 p.m.
