Byers, Deam, Mays led scoring for Buccaneers at State

YAKIMA — The Buccaneers basketball program took home its second 2A State title March 3 after defeating the Lindbergh Eagles 57-46.

Of the Kingston players, Sam Byers scored the most points (57) and had the most total rebounds (31). Cody Combs accumulated the most assists (9). And KT Deam and Richie Sander tied for the most turnovers (11). Sander also put in the most time on the court with 89 minutes, 42 seconds.
