Kingston needs infrastructure — new library, community center, Boys and Girls Club facility, senior center and a multi-purpose room for meetings. I do not care to discuss future costs. The bottom line is that we need the park district to determine our future. With the park district, the leadership can go for grants to match local money. This is the first step in the process. For your children's future and the community's future, vote yes on the metropolitan parks district. I did.
