We want you to know about several local businesses who continue to donate time and energy to the Kingston Middle School landscaping project and how much we appreciate all their help. Last year Savage Plants and Landscape, Inland Waters and NW Rock, together with several other contractors installed an amazing new landscaped school entrance. Today Savage continues to support the school with new plants, consultation and ideas to keep the school entrance beautiful as ever. Now this spring the community came through again to fund a new layer of bark. The Kingston Garden Club kicked off the fundraising with another generous grant and the KMS parent contributed the balance. EMU Topsoil offered a nice discount and once again Mattson Construction and Moore’s Works are making the delivery. The kids will spread the bark and a handful of KMS parent gardeners will maintain it. We have even more improvements coming thanks in part to Kingston Lumber, Advanced Flooring and others. What a great community we live in.
