Council should preserve parks department

Congratulations to Mayor Kathryn Quade and the Poulsbo City Council. They have finally done something on which we can all agree. At the Dec. 2 council meeting, they took an action that will preserve the Parks and Recreation Department for our community for years to come. To them, God Jul og mange tusen takk.
