I would like to cast my support for the re-election of councilwoman Kimberlee Crowder. I have known Crowder for several years as a personal friend and a businesswoman. I believe Crowder to be a dedicated advocate for small business and that she holds the belief in a secure steady growth for Poulsbo. I have worked with Crowder as the artist-in-resident at the Poulsbo Tea House, which was owned and operated by Crowder. As a small business owner with husband Scott in their carpet cleaning service, she experiences daily the need for honest and dependable people in our local government. I know her as an extremely honest and hard working individual. She is and has always been a well-informed leader with genuine concern for the betterment and protection of Poulsbo. I am a Poulsbo resident and an internationally known gallery/commission artist. I too care about our city’s protective growth, economic security, and small town livability. I trust Crowder to be the right choice for Poulsbo. Beverly Hooks Poulsbo
