I am writing in support of the candidacy of James Henry for Position 7 for the Poulsbo City Council. In doing so, it is my privilege to give him my highest personal and professional endorsement for the position he seeks.

I have known Jim Henry for the better half of 10 years as a friend and colleague. He is a man of unquestioned honesty and integrity with demonstrated leadership skills. His eight years experience on the Poulsbo City Council represents but one example. Henry’s background and community accomplishments are highly impressive and have drawn wide recognition and praise: Chief Warrant Officer and 30-year Navy veteran; teacher; mentor to high school students; council liaison with the Suquamish Tribal Council and representative for Poulsbo and other cities on local, regional and national transportation committees are illustrative of this point.

When it comes time to cast your ballot, I hope every citizen will remember Jim Henry, the right man for the job. We can never do better.
