Obama is ignoring the Rule of Law

July 14, 2014 · Updated 2:42 PM

I do not understand why the Rule of Law is being thwarted by the Obama administration. Regardless of the issue, his ways do not justify his means. It is illegal.

Executive orders come and go, but what Obama is orchestrating along the southern U.S. border is obscene. No matter how one feels, this is not a noble cause. The U.S. Constitution, Article 4, Section 4 reads: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

We are being invaded by aliens from south of the border. The federal government has abandoned all responsibility of stopping this invasion and is assisting with its success. By doing nothing but mouthing outrage, all political incumbents, regardless of political affiliation, are collectively guilty of this. All senators and representatives are oath-bound to uphold the Rule of Law.

This action was encouraged by the Obama administration. In January 2014, a U.S. government memo was published for “Escort Services for Unaccompanied Alien Children” (www.fbo.gov).

The Obama administration is calling these children “refugees.” According to documents, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a component of the Department of Homeland Security, has a continuing and mission-critical responsibility for accepting custody of unaccompanied alien children from U.S. Border Patrol and other federal agencies and transporting these juveniles to Office of Refugee Resettlement shelters located throughout the continental United States.

Question: 65,000 new Democrats?
