Big help for spaghetti feed

November 2, 2012 · Updated 2:42 PM

On Oct. 19, the Poulsbo Lions Club hosted a spaghetti feed to benefit the North Kitsap Schools Foundation. It was a wonderful event that was enjoyed by all.

I would like to thank the Lions Club for their generous support and hard work to make this event such a success. Karl Ostheller from the Lions Club was our enthusiastic liaison who made sure all the details were taken care of. Thank you, Karl, for all your hard work.

I would also like to thank my Spaghetti Feed Committee members Kathy Loveless, Stephanie Skansi, Denise Johnson and Caroline Butler, who helped me in countless ways. You are a wonderful group of ladies and I feel very privileged to know you.

I would also like to thank all the generous people of our community who supported this event by coming and enjoying a hearty plate of spaghetti.
