Machala was proud of skatepark

January 9, 2012 · 5:16 PM

Your June 10, 2008 edition contained an article regarding the skatepark in Kingston. My father was very proud to have helped bring the park to your community.

Anthony Charles Machala passed away Christmas Eve at his home in Vancouver, Wash. He was 78 years old and held a special place in his heart for those who assist youth in all communities.
