Supports Elliott for Port of Kingston

I have worked with Walt Elliott for more than 10 years in a volunteer capacity in Kingston and I recommend him for the position of Port of Kingston commissioner whole-heartedly.

I have participated with Walt in countless public meetings, primarily about parks and trails issues. Walt is hard-working and capable, but what stands out for me is that he is a patient and respectful listener.  When you speak on an issue, you know you have been heard, even if he does not agree. He always promotes public involvement and never shirks away from any task, especially unpleasant ones.

You can be certain that if you vote for Walt, you are voting for someone who will work hard for you, listen effectively and be thoughtful as he weighs out issues.
