Garage sale March 12 benefits the Burdick family

Kevin Burdick recently passed away after a long battle with cancer. His loss has meant great sadness as well as financial needs for his wife, Jill.
A benefit account is available for donations at Kitsap Bank. The Friends of the Burdick Family are holding a garage sale at the Sons of Norway in Poulsbo on March 12, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with all proceeds going directly to Jill. Kevin and Jill were married for 31 years and would have celebrated their anniversary on Valentine's Day.
In honor of their Valentine Anniversary and to show how much they care for Jill, her co-workers at Central Market have made available a beautiful heart-shaped lapel pin. The pins will be on sale at the Friends of the Burdick Family Garage Sale.
Items can be donated for the sale; no electronics or furniture, please. Among the items for sale: French country-style hutch, table and chairs; king-size bed headboard with frame, kitchen items, china, home decor, clothing, furniture, exercise equipment, dorm-room refrigerator, books, tools, bikes, drum set, and more.
