At the Poulsbo Port District meeting Feb. 2, I observed Chairman Antonio DeCarlo stonewalling our newly elected commissioner, James Rutledge, because he wants to ensure posted commissioner, Arnold Bockus, was selected and seated legally.
Children of Washington state take a back seat in the Legislature again. Plastic bags, driving in the rain with headlights, and gay marriage are much more important in Olympia.
On Sept. 29, something wonderful happened. The Poulsbo Friends of the Library provided funding ($2,700, to be exact) for brand new furniture for the Poulsbo Library’s teen room.
