The voter turnout in the Aug. 5 primary election was 31.8 percent in Kitsap County. That's as of Aug. 7; with 1,900 ballots left to count that day, the turnout could have changed, but not by much.

According to the Washington Secretary of State’s website, the greatest voter turnout was in Ferry County, 50.23 percent; and Jefferson County, 50.09 percent.
