POULSBO — Traffic in downtown Poulsbo will be a bit sluggish for the next two weeks because of road closures surrounding the construction of the new City Hall.

Beginning March 15, construction crews will start rebuilding streets surrounding the site: 3rd Avenue, Bjermeland and Moe Street. Drivers are encouraged to take alternate routes, according to a news release from the city.

The first layer of asphalt will be laid in the next two weeks and the second layer and finish coat, with road striping, will be complete in the first weeks of May, the release states.

For more information, go to the city's Web site.
