GORST — A Poulsbo woman described as barefoot, drunk, dirty, "heavyset," bleeding from an injury to her buttocks and carrying a radar detector was seen running from the scene of a drunk driving crash on State Highway 3 Sunday morning.

When met by deputies near Quarry Street West, the 24-year-old admitted she had been drinking and smoking marijuana. A pipe and a misdemeanor amount of marijuana was found on her person, according to reports. She said she had been drinking in Belfair and was driving back home to Poulsbo.

A test found she had a blood alcohol content reading of .158, more than the legal limit.

When asked if drinking had affected her driving, the woman replied, "Yeah, of course!" the report said.

The woman's injuries were tended to at an urgent care center. She was cited for drunken driving.
