Snow blankets North Kitsap, delays school 2 hours

The National Weather service predicted two inches of snow to settle over the region, but also expected warmer temperatures to melt any accumulation. The NKSD also announced via the school notification system that there is no morning kindergarten, no morning pre-school and no out of district transportation.
