POULSBO — A woman was struck by a truck and killed at Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor. A new neighborhood will soon emerge in Poulsbo. A real estate agent says a creekside property is best suited for a park. Prosecuting attorney candidates lay out reasons they should be elected.
