POULSBO — The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe is revisiting plans to build a 100-room hotel next to The Point Casino. The Poulsbo City Council is considering a $20 car tab fee to fund road maintenance. A paraeducator starts a Clothing Closet to ensure Wolfle Elementary School students' clothing needs are met. North Kitsap is growing faster than expected, according to Poulsbo's mayor.
