CEO of Port Gamble S'Klallam tribe resigns

Doug Quade, chief executive officer of the Port Gamble S'Klallam tribe, has resigned from his post.

Ron Charles, chairman of the Tribal Council, announced Quade's resignation Tuesday afternoon.

"Doug has made significant contributions to the Tribe and has been a positive force in helping us manage the resources of our various business, cultural and social service departments. We wish him well in all of his future endeavors," Charles stated in a release sent via e-mail.
