Profile in courage, port expansion, socks for astronauts among top stories
POULSBO — As the end of his life neared, Dale Rudolph committed one final act of service. The Port of Poulsbo will ask voters in November to expand the port district's boundaries. A local knitter is making socks for astronauts bound for the International Space Station.
