Six-year-old killed in early morning crash

POULSBO A six-year-old Quilcene boy died in an early morning crash that took place on the northbound ramp of Highway 3 and Finn Hill March 30.
Daniel Viloria was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, according to a Washington State Patrol report.
His father, Emilio Viloria Jr., 47, and brother, Emilio K. Viloria, 13, were transported to Harrison Hospital with injuries.
Crews from Poulsbo Fire Department and officers from Poulsbo Police Department, Kitsap County Sheriffs Office and Washington State Patrol were dispatched to the scene shortly before 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Crews found a 1993 Plymouth Voyager van that had exited the ramp to the left and struck a guardrail, which was found embedded into the passenger side of the vehicle.
Washington State Patrol public information officer Trooper Brian George said alcohol is being investigated as a factor in the collision.
