"This may be the hottest day of the year, so it's a perfect day to find a beach, a comfy chair and do a little dreaming. We dream of what it would be like if only: *Traffic could move through Poulsbo on Hwy. 305 without major delays every night and weekend. *You knew how far in advance to arrive for a ferry out of Kingston or Bainbridge, and then have a reasonable way to learn how many hours you must wait in line to return home. Whatever happened to those information signs? *Government officials at state, county, city and school levels found ways to work together to stretch our taxpayer dollars to benefit all---not just a few special groups. *We all practiced the teamwork and sportsmanship our young North Kitsap athletes do. They win by working together and their actions set a fine example for their parents. What can you dream up this sunny day to make the good life in Kitsap even better? "
