A two-car collision Thursday sent two North End women to Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton for sustained head injuries.

A 28-year-old Poulsbo woman driving a Jeep Commander ran a red light at the intersection of Lindvog and State Route 104 where she hit a 45-year-old Kingston woman driving a Volvo.

Both vehicles were towed from the site. The Volvo was totaled and the Commander incurred $3,500 worth of damage.
