POULSBO — A four-door Toyota sedan went into a deep ditch next to Centennial Park, on the corner of Iverson and 7th Avenues, across from the Doctor's Clinic, just after 1 p.m. Wednesday.
Poulsbo Fire responded to the scene with an ambulance, as well as a Poulsbo police officer. Poulsbo Fire spokeswoman Jody Matson said the EMT crew transported the elderly man, who is from Tacoma, and said he was uninjured but "appeared disoriented."
Poulsbo Acting Chief Bob Wright said the man's disorientation stemmed from a medical condition. There will be no citation.
