Overturned semi snarls traffic near Hood Canal Bridgr

An over-turned semi-truck currently blocks the southbound lane of State Route 3, just south of the SR 3/SR 104 junction, near the Hood Canal Bridge, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

The accident occurred at approximately 11 a.m. and is expected to be cleared by 1 p.m. Oct. 31.

Alternating, single-lane traffic control is in effect. Eastbound SR 104 traffic is currently backed-up across the Hood Canal Bridge.
