POULSBO — A Poulsbo man was arrested for allegedly stealing hubcaps Oct. 14.

Nickolas T. Cobb, 26, is charged with third-degree theft. According to the report, Kitsap County Sheriff deputies responded to a suspicious person in the parking lot of Safeway in Bremerton.

Cobb allegedly said he was removing the hubcaps of the truck because his friend (the owner of the truck) owed him $400 and “he was going to keep the hubcaps until [his friend] paid him the money.”

Cobb was booked into Kitsap County Jail on $1,000 bail.
