The Poulsbo Police Department responded to the following calls Sept. 12-18.

Sept. 12
- Malicious mischief 3 reported on 12th Avenue. Occurred around 6:11 p.m.

Sept. 13
- Theft from motor vehicles reported on Lincoln Road. Occurred around 8:17 a.m. Estimated loss $200.
- Assault 4 reported on 1st Avenue. Occurred between 5:43 p.m. Sept. 12 and 5:50 p.m. Sept. 13.

Sept. 15
- Hit and run, attended property damage reported at State Highway 305 and Viking Avenue. Occurred around 11:50 a.m.

Sept. 16
- Identity theft reported on Hostmark Street. Occurred between 10"45 a.m.-3:45 p.m. Estimated loss $5,300.

Sept. 17
- Malicious mischief 3 reported at Bungalow Way and Caldart Avenue. Occurred around 12:19 a.m.
- Theft from a mailbox reported on Ridgewood Drive. Occurred between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Sept. 14. Estimated loss $48.
- Residential burglary reported on Viking Avenue. Occurred between 2:56 p.m. Sept. 16 and 2:56 p.m. Sept. 17.
- Theft 3 (shoplifting) reported on Olhava Way. Occurred around 4:43 p.m. Estimated loss $58.

Sept. 18
- Theft 1 (organized retail) reported on 7th Avenue. Occurred around 10:46 a.m. Estimated loss $268.
- Theft 3 (shoplifting) reported on 7th Avenue. Occurred around 8:20 p.m. Estimated loss $8.
