HANSVILLE — Visit SkunkBayWeather.com for dramatic weather photography and time-lapse footage of Friday's storm.

Thunder and lightning rocked North Kitsap Friday morning. At 10:30 a.m., North Kitsap Fire & Rescue firefighters went to Kingston where a tree next to a mobile home was on fire after being struck by lightning. There were reportedly no injuries and no damages to the home.

According to WeatherUnderground.com, the storm is expected to give way to cooler temperatures (52 degrees) and partly cloudy skies Friday night. The forecast for the weekend: High of 84 and low of 55 with chance of thunderstorms and 20 percent chance of rain Saturday, and partly cloudy skies with high of 72 and low of 57 Sunday.
