POULSBO — A 14-year-old boy was taken to Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries after fell from his skateboard at 1 p.m. Tuesday on Pugh Road near Bond Road.

He was not wearing a helmet, according to Poulsbo Fire Department spokeswoman Jody Matson.
