Thina Hostmark describes life in Poulsbo in 1889 in a letter home to Norway. The Urban Paths of Poulsbo plan is adopted amid some residents' concerns that private land can be taken for trails. A private investigator is interviewing witnesses to the police shooting of a Poulsbo man in February.
