Kingston man accused of improper contact with minors

A Kingston man was charged with inappropriate communication with a minor on May 1.

According to the report, between March 1 andApril 15, Ygnacio J. Waring-Enriquez, 19, allegedly had communication via Facebook with a 12-year-old girl and her 14-year-old sister, both of Kingston.

The girls’ mother reported to the Port Gamble S’Klallam police the communication, which included requests to “hang out” and sexual requests.

Waring-Enriquez was booked into Kitsap County Jail at $50,000 bail.
