Severe-weather shelter will remain open

BREMERTON — Because of anticipated freezing and snowy weather conditions, the Severe Weather Shelter will open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

The shelter will remain open Tuesday night until Friday morning, Jan. 20. Hours of operation are 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. Guests will not be able to check into the shelter after 9 p.m.

The shelter location is Bremerton Food Line, 1600 12th St., Bremerton.

The shelter will serve all residents in our area who require safe overnight refuge where none is available.
