One person airlifted to Harborview after morning crash; traffic is detoured on Hansville Road

A motorcyclist was airlifted from Wolfle Elementary School to Harborview Medical Center this morning after a collision on Hansville Road.

HANSVILLE — A motorcyclist was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center after a collision with a car Friday morning.

The collision occurred on Hansville Road and Three Berry Lane just after 10 a.m.

Hansville Road is blocked off from 288th Street to Albertsons while the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office investigates the crash. Northbound traffic going to Hansville was being turned around. Southbound traffic coming from Hansville was being detoured through Gamble Bay Road via 288th Street.
