UPDATE: Collision cleared at State Route 104 and Ritter Lane

State Route 104 at Ritter Lane near Kingston is open to traffic after a rear-end collision this morning, Washington State Patrol reports. State Route 104 was reduced to one-way alternating traffic after a truck and SUV collided. The vehicles were towed and Department of Transportation crews cleared remaining debris from the roadway. Two people sustained minor injuries in the collision, North Kitsap Fire & Rescue reported.
