A level 3 sex offender has re-registered with the Sheriff’s Office as now residing in the 12000 block of NE Douglas Drive, Kingston. Jeremy David Lelko, 34, is described by the Sheriff’s Office as 6 feet 1 inch, 210 pounds, brown hair and green eyes.

Gov. Chris Gregoire announced Monday that an emergency proclamation declaring a state of emergency and banning all outdoor burning has been extended through midnight Oct. 15, and now includes all counties in Washington state.
