Jan 17 2012, 11:47 AM Because of anticipated freezing and snowy weather conditions, the Severe Weather Shelter will open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. The shelter will remain open Tuesday night until Friday morning, Jan. 20. Hours of operation are 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. Guests will not be able to check into the shelter after 9 p.m.
