Kingston man dies in skydiving accident in Montana
Aug 01 2011, 3:09 PM A Kingston man died in a skydiving accident Saturday afternoon in Flathead County, Mont. Zack Fogle, 27, was killed after his parachute failed to open in a jump at Lost Prairie near Marion, according to the Flathead County Sheriff's Office. An investigation found that Fogle did not pull a manual parachute release and a backup release that would have opened Fogle's emergency parachute had not been properly activated before he dropped from the plane.

A creek mapped in the wrong place or missed entirely may not receive the development buffers and protections it should under state law. By the same token, a non-existent stream erroneously marked as “fish bearing” can be a headache for property owners.

The cars were clocked at speeds of 20 mph or more. The fastest speed was about 28 mph.
