Puget Sound Energy expects to have power restored to most of Kitsap County by Wednesday night, though more snow may be on the way.About 2,000 customers in the Poulsbo area were without power, along with small pockets of Kingston and Indianola, as of 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. The power company expected to restore electricity to most homes by the end of Wednesday and fully restore power by Thursday afternoon, according to a news release from Kitsap County.
