Celebrate Kitsap’s Olympians | Kitsap Week

BREMERTON — The Kitsap County Historical Museum’s newest exhibit, “Summer Games,” features Olympic sports history and a salute to Kitsap’s own Olympic competitors.
The exhibit was designed by museum curator Scott Bartlett.
Among the local sports figures included in the exhibit: swimmers Tara Kirk and Emily Silver, kayaker Scott Shipley, archer Edwin Murray Eliason, and runner Brad Barquist. The exhibit continues throughout the summer.
