Stacie Lynn Olsen, our baby, passed away on Feb. 14, 2011 at her home in Silverdale, Wash.

She was born on Feb. 3, 2011 at Harrison Hospital in Silverdale. She leaves behind her loving family.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service on Feb. 21, 2011 at 2 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints/Frontier Building in Silverdale. Interment will follow. Please sign the online guest book for the family at www.cookfamilyfuneralhome.com.
