Air Force Airman Jacob W. Vanderhalf graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
He is the son of Jo Christopherson of Bremerton and John Vanderhalf of Poulsbo.
He is a 2008 graduate of Olympic High School in Bremerton.
