School Brief: Stern named to WWU President’s List

Andy Stern, a 2008 graduate of Port Townsend High and the son of Poulsbo’s Ed Stern and Port Townsend’s Julia Rouse, was named to the President’s List at Western Washington University for fall quarter 2009. The President’s List comprises the top 10 percent of each class.
