Brief: Port Gamble celebrates the holidays

Port Gamble will celebrate its eleventh annual Country Christmas with lights, music piped through town, handmade crafts, horse-drawn wagon rides, holiday music, entertainment and, of course, a visit from Santa.

Saturday, Dec. 12

10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Craft and food vendors open and hayrides through town

12 p.m. – 2 p.m. The band Watch the Sky will perform inside the General Store

1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Fruitcake contest judging

2 p.m. – 5 p.m. Roasted Chestnut Caroling Contest

5 p.m. Tree lighting with Santa

Sunday, Dec. 13

10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Craft & Food Vendors open and hayrides through town
