Hansville author’s book published by PublishAmerica

HANSVILLE — “Project Emily: … a story from Haven Port Island” by Donna Lee Anderson of Hansville has been published by PublishAmerica.

PublishAmerica is a traditional publishing company whose primary goal is to encourage and promote the works of new, previously undiscovered writers.  Like more mainstream publishers, PublishAmerica pays its authors advances and royalties and makes its books available through all bookstores.

In Anderson’s book, Emily has been a caregiver all her life but now she’s a widow and her children are grown and gone, she wonders, now what?

Her longtime friend suggests she go to work at the retirement center and it isn’t long before a resident decides to make Emily her project and find a special someone for Emily to love. And thusly begins the adventure for Emily.
