‘Remembering Joan’ Feb. 8 at Bethany Lutheran | Passages

BAINBRIDGE — An informal gathering is planned in memory of Joan Lindall Holcomb on Feb. 8, 3 p.m., in the Social Hall of Bethany Lutheran Church, 7968 Finch Road NE, Bainbridge Island.

Holcomb was founding director of Helpline House on Bainbridge Island, which she served for 30 years. She had recently moved near her son Matthew and his family in Maryland, where she died on Dec. 19.

In lieu of flowers, her family has requested donations to Helpline House, Inc, 282 Knechtel Way NE, Bainbridge Island, WA, 98110.  For more information, contact Micki Kent, editpro@blarg.net.
