Annette Eileen Swanson, 56, died Aug. 26, 2012.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Sept. 1 at St. Olaf's Catholic Church in Poulsbo.
Burial and reception will immediately follow at the First Lutheran Church in Poulsbo. All are welcome to attend.
Annette was born Oct. 1, 1955, in Bremerton. She graduated from North Kitsap High School and the University of Washington. She was a loving wife, mother, artist, and homemaker, who courageously battled Lyme disease for more than 25 years.
Annette is survived by her husband, Ron Swanson; children, Alissa Swanson, Ryen Swanson and Elaina Trostad; grandchildren, Domenic Miller, Merrilee Miller, Olivia Baker; siblings, Bob and Nancy Bale, Carol and Steve Pace, Glen and Tina Bale, Concetta (Tina) Scott-Masterjohn and Rob Schalansky, Larry Swanson, Bruce Swanson, Carol Swanson, Steve and Glenna Swanson, and Richard and Pam Striker; in addition to several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, home health aides, dear friends and loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Freddy Bale; her parents, Walter and Phyllis Bale, Vernon and Bernice Swanson; and her sisters, Merrilee Striker and Solveig Swanson.
